Co-Chair of Kurt Bills’ Disastrous U.S. Senate Campaign & Losing State Senate Candidate Now Running for MN GOP Chairman
Keith Downey, the co-chair Kurt Bills’ disastrous U.S. Senate campaign in 2012 – which earned 30 percent of the vote against U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar – has announced he is running for chairman of the Republican Party of Minnesota. Look for the Minnesota House of Representatives to drive the message for Minnesota Republicans. Check back to politics.mn [...]

A Believable Unbelievable Night in Minnesota Politics
The bulk of my Election Day predictions were spot on – only missed a few races. Tonight will be an election night in which most politicos will be calling unbelievable for years to come. I’ll have more analysis in the coming days, but the landscape of Minnesota politics has been changed dramatically tonight – and in some instances, for the best.
